History of Petaluma High School
Petaluma High School began as a public school in 1873 making it one of the oldest high schools in California. PHS began as a public school in 1873, making it one of the oldest high schools in California. The current site for the high school was established in the early 1900s, with major renovations completed in the early 1960s and in 1999.
